Sight (not) Seeing
MTLH took this photo of me last night - it's not very flattering! I was sound asleep at the time!
Today it was really cold! Carbi and I were sleeping on the lounge next to MTLH, who had Dad's dressing gown over her. MTLH got up and put the dressing gown on me and Carbi.
When we woke up we played with one of our toys for a while. We both wanted to play with it, so we shared.
Then MTLH and Dad decided to go up the mountains to check on Nana and Pop's house - they are in China and asked MTLH to check on it. So we got in the car. When we got to Wentworth Falls (where the house is), we decided to go and look at the Three Sisters as Carbi and I haven't seen them before. However, when we got to Leura this was what we could see out the front of the car.

That wasn't so good so we came home and thawed out.

Yep, it was pretty cold yesterday wasn't it ? But we sure do need the rain - and at least when it is raining the snakes don't come out !
I can't believe that shot of the 3 sisters - I guess it was pretty foggy ! Mum know's all about that mountain weather - she grew up at Blaxland and her mum and dad still live there.
Looks like another good day to snuggle under the dressing gown :-)

MTLH grew up in Faulconbridge and Dad grew up in Springwood. We are all moving next year to Tasmania. MTLH got all excited yesterday because it was warmer at our new house than it was here! I guess we'd better get used to the cold weather.
